Prayers do get answered...
Sunday was amazing! We had our Sunday morning service filled with Christmas music, some amazing fellowship, baptisms, Lord's supper, firey sermon...it was all so wonderful!
Sunday evening was the Christmas program for our children as well as some amazingly gifted people in the church. We had fellowship together Sunday evening. Honestly, though I know people love and care about me, I felt alone at my table with kiddos. Nothing personal...Sometimes you can have everybody close to you nearby and still feel lonely. I was tryin to find somewhere to escape. Then a lady from the church sat diagonal from me. She says are you Lisa, you play the flute right ? Me: Yes maam. She says, do you sell Pampered Chef? Me: yes I do! She says, I saw the post you left in the church group but I wasn't sure if that was you. Honestly, I wasn't sure putting it out there and asking for help was ok. I always try to keep business and church seperate. She was genuinely caring wanting to help and wanted catalogs. I put some in my diaper bag thinking, maybe an opportunity will come. Sure enough! She mentioned to a couple more ladies of the amount I'm needing by end of the month. They looked at me and said no problem...we got this! I just teared up and tears began to flow down my cheeks.
I've been really praying that my business would get blessed. Sunday morning after church I noticed someone ordered off my website and I nearly leaped for joy! And then this...!!! Prayers do get answered.
